Intercash selects Cambrist for CBPR2 (EU2021/1230) Compliance Solution
Intercash, a next-generation cards and payments platform that helps companies design and deploy successful card programs in as fast as a day, has selected Cambrist as its partner in complying with the EU Cross-Border Payments Regulations. Cambrist is a leading technology provider that helps organizations manage the foreign exchange requirements of payment card programmes.
As part of the new partnership, Intercash will access Cambrist’s Notify solution service to deliver increased transparency on currency conversion costs, as is required by these new regulations. Cambrist’s Notify solution delivers a flexible and cost-effective solution for Issuers and Processors seeking to comply with all stages of the CBPR2 regulations. It centrally aggregates card scheme and ECB foreign currency rates, provides automated cost comparison to ECB currency rates, identifies CBPR2 relevant transactions, issues the required electronic messaging to cardholders and provides the reporting and analysis to demonstrate compliance to the authorities. Notify can be accessed via API or alternative methods as required by clients.
