EML Selects Cambrist to Power Cross-Border Regtech Compliance in Europe

09 November 2021 – EML Money DAC and PFS Card Services Ireland Limited, the European subsidiaries of EML Payments Limited (ASX: EML) (S&P/ASX 200), (together, “EML”) have selected Cambrist’s Notify solution to power their compliance with the EU Cross-Border Payments Regulations (EU2019/518) (CBPR2).

Cambrist’s Notify solution will manage the CBPR2 compliance for EML in Europe, covering over 85 card programmes, across more than 10 countries, with over 20 different cross-border pricing structures that will be communicating compliance notifications to EML cardholders in over 8 languages.

Cambrist’s Notify solution provides a complete CBPR2 compliance management platform, including PCI compliant transaction data processing, foreign currency cost analysis and outbound messaging via SMS and email via a single API.
